Mask Girls is what would have been David Lynch's favorite television show. It's an, “Uncanny Valley Broad City." A, "Clockwork Orange" meets Vaudville Theatre. "Mask Girls" is an eccentric, experimental, comedic web-series where two outlandish girls explore a utopia known as Mask World. As the Mask Girls constantly evade the constructs of patriarchy, capitalism, and “societal norms,” they fashion the joy of girlhood into something unique, true, and absurdly simple. The creators intend to inspire those who feel conformed by society by shattering those standards and eliminate them as confidently as the Mask Girls do on a daily basis. The show incorporates original music, eccentric fashion, and surrealist comedy to tell its story. The lives of the Mask Girls are perfect, just like the masks they wear.
